Therapy is an investment in yourself and your growth. My goal is to make that process as accessible and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find information about accepted insurance plans, payment options, and policies that support both you and the therapeutic process.
Telehealth-Only Services
All therapy sessions are offered exclusively via secure telehealth for clients located in Ohio. Sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. Before scheduling, please verify with your insurance provider that telehealth mental health services are covered under your plan.
Accepted Insurance
I am currently in network with the following insurance providers:
Aetna (Commercial)
AmeriHealth Cartias Ohio (Medicaid)
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield /Carelon Behavioral Health (Commercial and Medicaid)
Buckeye Health Plan (Medicaid)
CareSource (Medicaid)
Humana (Commercial and Medicaid)
United Healthcare / Optum Behavioral Health (Commercial)
If you do not see your insurance listed, I may be in the process of becoming credentialed with that provider. Please reach out to confirm my current status with your plan.
If You Are Using Insurance
If you plan to use insurance for your sessions, please note that coverage varies based on your specific plan. It is your responsibility to verify your benefits and confirm your mental health coverage before your first appointment. Your payment will depend on your plan’s mental health benefits, which may include a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. Any fees not covered by insurance are the client’s responsibility.
Helpful Questions to Ask Your Insurance Company
When contacting your insurance company, consider asking:
Is ‘Intentional Narratives, LLC’ or ‘Autumn Francisco, LISW’, an in-network provider?
Does my plan cover telehealth for behavioral health services?
Do I have a copay, coinsurance, or deductible for outpatient mental health?
How many sessions are covered per year?
Do I need pre-authorization for therapy services?
Out-of-Network Clients
If I am not yet credentialed with your insurance company, you may still choose to work with me as an out-of-network provider. Many clients prefer this option and request a superbill after each session to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.
I also accept Loveland vouchers as a payment option for eligible individuals. To find out more about eligibility criteria, please visit the Loveland Foundation at https://thelovelandfoundation.org/therapy-fund/.
Self-Pay Rates
For clients who prefer to pay out of pocket:
Initial Intake Session: $130
Individual Therapy (53 minutes): $110
Payments can be made securely through the TherapyNotes client portal using a debit, credit, or HSA/FSA card.
Sliding Scale Options
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship or limited insurance coverage. These rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and discussed prior to beginning therapy. If you are interested in this option, please mention it during your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged a $36 late cancellation fee. Insurance cannot be billed for missed sessions. This policy helps maintain consistency in your care and respects time held for other clients.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under federal law, you are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care before services begin. This estimate outlines anticipated fees and frequency of sessions based on your treatment goals. You can learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
